I've had a fortunate life. Although I gave no thought to it at the time, I was fortunate growing up. My brother and I were healthy, we had parents who provided us with love, food, shelter, and opportunity. As I grew older, I was fortunate enough to be able to do some traveling, sometimes to places where others were not so fortunate. These experiences began opening my eyes to the sad fact that so many people in the world are in need, and the realization that we can help.

 

Flash forward to my present life as a dentist. I love so much about my profession and how it has allowed me to give back in different ways. Over time, I noticed that I was leaving my patients with dry, chapped lips after a long dental procedure. I wanted to create a moisturizing, healing, and protective lip treatment. One that could be used not only in my dental chair, but in daily life as well. I wanted to use this product as an opportunity for all of us to make a bit of a difference.
